Double Deck Texas Hold'em
The house variant — standard Hold'em played with two full 52-card decks shuffled together. Duplicate cards are legal and create five new hand rankings above a Royal Flush, including Five of a Kind and Pair Flush.

Each player gets 2 hole cards; 5 shared community cards are dealt. Best 5-card hand wins.

Like Hold'em but each player receives 4 hole cards and must use exactly 2 of them with 3 community cards.
